Richard N. Stanley, III|
Richard N. Stanley, III is a second generation licensed funeral director and embalmer. Richard began working in his father's funeral home in Wrightsville shortly after
High school. He graduated from Laurens High School in 1970. Soon after graduating from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in 1973, Richard decided to expand
the family business and opened up a funeral home in nearby Dublin in 1974. Richard is a member of the Georgia Funeral Directors Association, and Georgia Academy of
Graduate Embalmers. Richard also serves on the Board of Directors for the Independent Funeral Directors Association and Academy of Graduate Embalmers Association.
He has been serving the citizens of Laurens County as their Coroner since 1988. He has served on the Georgia Coroners Training Council since 1994 and was elected, by
fellow Coroners across the state, as Coroner of the Year in 1998. He is married to the former Joyce Burch of Cadwell, GA. Richard may be reached at anytime either

Harold L. Reece, Jr.|
Harold L. Reece, Jr. is a life long resident of Twiggs County. He is the son of Harold L. Reece, Sr. and Grace Chance Reece. Harold graduated
from High School at Twiggs Academy in Jeffersonville. He graduated of Middle Georgia College with an AS in Criminal Justice and is a graduate
of Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta. Harold is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He has been associated with the
funeral home since 1984 and has been a partner and owner since 1988. In 1994 he became sole owner and changed the name to Reece Funeral Home.
In 1992 the citizens of Twiggs County elected him to serve as their Coroner, a position he still holds. Harold is a Past President of the
Georgia Coroners Association and was named by the Coroners of Georgia as "Coroner of the Year" in 1999.
Harold is a member and past board member of Independent Funeral Directors of Georgia and is a member of the Academy of Graduate Embalmers
of Georgia. He is a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon. He is a member and Past Master of Cool Spring Masonic Lodge.
Harold is married to the former Rebecca "Becky" Keene and they make their home just outside the city of Danville, GA.
Bennie was born in Johnson County on June 6, 1932. After High School he entered the Armed Services and served in Korea from 1951 to 1952.
Bennie moved to Wilkinson County and opened a Barbershop from 1956 through 1966. He was appointed Postmaster at the McIntyre Post Office in 1966.
In 1973 he was transferred to Gordon as Postmaster. He retired in 1998 and now resides in Ivey.
Bennie is a Deacon and the Treasurer at the First Baptist Church of Gordon. He served as the first Manager of The Gordon Better Hometown
when it was first state designated.
Bennie is married to Angelyn Brantley Sims. They have three Sons, three Daughter-in-Laws, Twelve Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren.
E. L. Reece|
E.L. was born in Irwinton, GA on June 5, 1933. He is the son of the late Elvin L. and Irene Reece. E.L. lives in Irwinton with his wife,
Mary. E.L. and Mary have been married for 48 years and have two Sons, Elvin Reece, III, and Chadrick G. Reece.
Elvin, III is married to Lisa and they live in Irwinton with their two children, Drew (Elvin IV), and Hannah. Chad lives in
E.L. graduated from Irwinton High School in 1951 and entered the Unites States Navy in 1952. He served during the Korean War and
returned to Wilkinson County in 1956. He worked with the Wilkinson County Telephone Company for 13 years and then moved to Engelhard in
McIntyre and remained there for 23 years retiring in July of 1993.
E.L. is a member of the Irwinton Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and former Treasurer.
